The MOU establishes a strategic framework for collaboration as synergEV prepares for its next phase of EV charging infrastructure growth. Through the agreement, synergEV and SK Signet will explore opportunities to align SK Signet’s advanced charging hardware with synergEV’s deployment strategy, network operations, software capabilities, and commitment to creating a better charging experience for drivers.

For synergEV, the agreement represents an important step toward the company’s broader vision for EV infrastructure. As electric mobility continues to grow, drivers need charging that is not only available, but dependable, convenient, and built around real travel needs. synergEV is preparing for that future with an approach centered on reliability, thoughtful deployment, and a more complete driver experience.

The collaboration is expected to support several areas of cooperation, including ultra-fast charger deployment, software integration, operational testing, and potential financing programs. The companies also plan to evaluate pilot opportunities within synergEV’s developing infrastructure pipeline, allowing SK Signet’s technology to be assessed in real-world operating environments as both companies consider broader deployment opportunities.

While synergEV is not yet releasing full details about its upcoming infrastructure plans, the company confirmed that the MOU is connected to a larger initiative currently in development. The initiative is expected to play an important role in synergEV’s next chapter and reflects the company’s focus on EV charging that is practical, reliable, and designed with the driver journey in mind.

As part of the MOU, the companies expect to move forward in phases, including pilot site evaluation, technical integration review, and operational validation. The collaboration may also support future expansion opportunities across North America and select Latin American markets, including Mexico, as synergEV continues to develop its infrastructure strategy with key partners.
