synergEV, a cleantech infrastructure company, has announced the acquisition of the ChargePro EV Network, adding more than 400 charge points in the Midwest US to its growing network and expanding access to EV charging throughout North America.

Major Network Expansion
PLANO, TX - synergEV, a cleantech infrastructure company, today announced the acquisition of the ChargePro EV Network. The move adds more than 400 charge points to the synergEV charging network and strengthens the company's position across key market verticals plus expands access to EV charging throughout the Midwest United States.
Operational Integration and Leadership Vision
With the acquisition now effective, synergEV has assumed full operational management of the ChargePro EV Network. A complete migration is planned for completion by the end of Q1 in 2026.
