About the Migration
Why the Transfer?
Your EV charging stations were transferred to synergEV as part of a mutual agreement with your previous provider to deliver faster support, more service options, and an experience better aligned with your business needs.
Contract Changes
Your contract was migrated as part of the mutual agreement. No new terms were introduced without your prior agreement, and no new fees will be charged.
Data Migration
We migrated station details, pricing, access plans, discount plans, registered users, RFID cards, platform features, credit card reader configurations, and contract renewal dates.
What Wasn't Migrated
Historical Reporting
Reports from before the migration were not transferred to the new platform.
Independent App Users
Drivers who signed up independently via the mobile app (instead of being added by an account admin).
Payment Information
Payment and banking information was not migrated for security reasons.
Accessing Your New Account
Visit the Management Console
Access the new EV charging management console at ops.synergev.com/admin.
Set Up Your Password
If you haven't received the account setup email by April 23, enter your email address and click 'Forgot Password' to create your credentials.
Submit Banking Details
Submit your payout information by April 15, 2025, using the Payout Form for transaction payments.
For EV Drivers
Mobile App
The synergEV Mobile App is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for starting charging sessions and finding thousands of stations.
New QR Codes
SynergEV will distribute branded QR codes following the transition. Please install them by the end of June 2025.
Finding Stations
SynergEV stations are listed on ChargePoint, Shell Recharge, EV Connect, Google Maps, and Apple Maps. PlugShare support coming soon.
Billing & Payments
Q1 Transaction Payments
Q1 transactions will be paid by synergEV by April 30, 2025.
Banking Information
For security reasons, you must resubmit your banking information by April 15, 2025.
Renewal Invoices
You'll receive an invoice and renewal notice at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.

Common Questions
Can drivers use RFID cards from other charging networks?
Yes, as long as the station is not set to private access only.
Do discounts and access plans work for all drivers?
No, they only apply to drivers registered through and using the synergEV mobile app.
Will my software subscription fees change?
No, your software subscription fees and contract expiration dates remain the same. For contract details, visit synergev.com/legal.
